Welcome to Aquaros
Meadow is a water deer who was materialized by the elemental guardians to work towards revitalizing Aquaros and returning it back to its former glory.Through the journey, she will need to mend ecosystems and by doing so, unlock each elemental that has been sealed away. With the help of fawnlings, vibrant ecosystems will grow in place of the barren wastelands that once stood in its place, returning the vibrant colors back into Aquaros.
A wisp of the wind carrying the four elements settled on the barren wasteland taking root deep within the soil. Silence stretched, engulfing the area in a rather eerie atmosphere. The already empty wasteland, void of any fauna or flora, held a rather dreadful feeling, but this silence alone amplified the gloomy nature. Then in a moment, the ground shook with a great force. The dry and brittle earth cracked open, concaving. Then fresh soil spew from underneath. An earth scent filled the air, refreshing and clean, giving life to the wasteland that once stood in its place. The change of color gave the area a more vibrant form as sprouts popped from underneath the soil, peeking through the earth before growing and spawning gorgeous flowers in it's place. The colors emerged as the flowers bloomed, the buds easing itself open and exposing the vibrant colors beneath. It has been an age since such colorful floras revealed themselves out in the open, swaying in the wind. Then in the middle, a being forms. From the spiritual essence of past deers that roamed the once vibrant land of Aquaros, a form materialized. The wisps of what almost looks like mist merged to create a mass, clinging to one another before solidifying into a humanoid form. A silhouette of a beautiful creature with intricate antlers kneels in the middle of the patch of flora and grass. Being found in the middle of a meadow of flowers, she was granted the name Meadow. The greenery slowly spreads throughout the barren land almost like a virus taking over the earth before settling its roots. Littered around, trees sprout from the grow slowly; the sound of crackling wood and branches groaning as they take their forms and shapes. That is how the legend began.
Aquaros was one of the many planets scattered throughout the depths of the vast universe. However, it stood out from the rest due to it’s many vibrant colors, dancing across the sky, active swirls of magic, glimmers that streaked through the atmosphere. Shimmers of purples, blues and reds erratically moved, as if in a battle amongst themselves. It was a breath-taking sight to behold... but slowly, that glimmer started to fade.Their movement started to slow down, almost weakened. Sluggish movements and some glitters even vanishing before reaching their destination, leaving behind speckles of iridescent dusts. The one thing that made the planet stand out was slowly vanishing and in its wake, the land within withered slowly. The mixtures of colors throughout the planet dulled, leaving a sickly pale color, representing the barren wastelands that now resides on majority of the land. The magic was fading.Civilizations grew and along with their growth so did their technology. The inventions of new trinkets and easier methods, resulted in the creation of destruction on their planet. At first, it started off small. Civilizations would siphon small amounts of the elements of magic from the planet, utilizing the power to create different inventions that would ease the lives of many. It didn't take long for some to take a little more than they're supposed to until the guilt slowly faded and replaced itself with greed. The all-consuming greed won the civilizations advancements in technology and cities, but at the cost of the ecosystem that Aquaros was so proud of.Noticing the world around them had turned too bleak, the civilizations took to the skies, living on floating islands that are scattered throughout Aquaros, as if to bury their guilt of destroying the land and running away from the responsibility to rebuild or revitalize the planet to its former glory.
Aquaros, unlike other planets, has a sentient moon that revolves around the planet and has a strong connection with each of the Elemental Guardians. They exist in four different forms, providing the planet with the different seasons that each phase represents.Aqua Luna, connected to the Water Elemental, represents winter with its serene aura. The cold temperatures encourages the flora and fauna to fall into a deep slumber, resting up for the upcoming Terra phase.Terra Luna, connected to the Earth Elemental, represents spring with its grounding presence and nurturing spirit. During this time, the moon encourages flora and fauna to wake their slumber and resume life on the planet.Ignis Luna, connected to the Fire Elemental, represents Summer with its exuding passion and transformation within Aquaros. This is when the fauna and flora are the most active and vibrant, assisting one another through their life cycle.Aer Luna, connected to the Air Elemental, represents Autumn with its ethereal and dynamic nature. During this time, things starts to settle down as all living creatures begin to prepare for the Aqua Luna once again, repeating the endless cycle.
The Elemental Guardian was a celestial being that held great power and was the sole creator that kept Aquaros thriving in magical energy. A fusion of the four basic elements, they were able to create other elements, filling the planet with the magic it would need to thrive. An omnipresent being, they were able to communicated with floras, faunas as well as monsters and beasts whenever they were called upon. Due to this, they were considered a peacekeeper of all living things on the planet, preventing total chaos from erupting. As civilization's greed had reached a hazardous point, the link that fused the four elements thinned before snapping and splitting them apart to their basic elements. The sudden break damaged their forms, weakening their power and leaving them unable to fuse with one another. And as the siphoning continued, each element noticed their powers weakening and before they completely waste away, they sealed themselves, preventing their impending end. With the last of their energy, the Earth Element guided the sealed elements to a barren wasteland, settling into the dry and crackling ground.
